A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop ~ Layered Leaves

Well hello everyone! Welcome to another round of Paper Pumpkin Alternative Hopping! You are currently visiting me (Carolynn Sander), in Calgary, Alberta! I am a Canadian Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator who loves anything that involves paper and ink! Have I ever told you that I adore the Stampin' Up! monthly Paper Pumpkin kits? Well I do! Why? Because they include paper, ink, & much much more! They are awesome! And this month's Paper Pumpkin ensemble is no exception! After today's blog hop, you will be "FALL-ing" in love with the "Layered Leaves" kit! Speaking of blog hop... make sure that you click on the next button at the end of today's post so that you can be amazed by all of the fab projects in the Paper Pumpkin hop today!

Do you see all of the beautiful pillow boxes & note cards pictured above? How could you miss them right? Those projects are what you can make with the September Paper Pumpkin kit if you follow the directions to a tee! Saying that, the goal of this hop is to share alternate ideas using the supplies from this month's kit. I am loving my card making these days. But! I have to say that scrapbooking is where my heart is at! I love finding ways to magically change my Paper Pumpkin kit into a Scrapbooking kit! I hope that you enjoy today's layout. It's a traditional one.

The September Paper Pumpkin kit comes with a vast array of fall themed items. Check out the picture below to see what is included!

In my project today, I used a quite a few of the elements you see above & I still have tonnes of supplies left over to continue to create with. I of course used the stamps that you see. I also scattered lots of those paper leaves throughout my memory keepsake. I cropped one of those pillow boxes down and used it as an accent. That dry embossed scroll like image you see on the pillow box above is actually on both sides of the box! That meant I only used one box to get two accents! Talk about economical! I haven't even touched the note cards that came with this kit! I might just have to create some Thanksgiving dinner place-cards with those. Wouldn't that be lovely? Oh the possibilities! They are endless really! To learn about the other coordinating items I used on today's scrapbooking layout, check out the supply list at the end of this post. If you are in Canada, you can click on those supply items and you will be taken to my online 24/7 Stampin' Up! supply shop! Feel free to browse the store and place an order so that you can create your own memory keepsake! Or whatever it is that suits your fancy!

Okay! Now if I haven't convinced you that this month's Paper Pumpkin kit is amazing, then I am sure Maria Willis from Cardbomb will! She is up next in the Paper Pumpkin line up! She is one of my online BFFs, and she is the bomb! #4reals You will love the gorgeous cards that she has created for you today, so make sure that you click on the next button below!
