Today's card features one of my fave Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration sets! I seriously adore this cute panda! He is from the "Party Pandas" stamp set! Check out all of the images included in this set in the photo below!

Well what do you think? Are these panda teddies not the sweetest? I would have to say so! And what about that Bermuda Bay balloon? Did that spark your interest? If so, it was created with one of my favourite oldie techniques know as Paper Piecing. I have a full photographed tutorial on this technique that I shared in a previous post. You can view it by clicking HERE. I hope you enjoy!

Stampin' Up! Magical Day Bundle - #TGIFC145

Good day everyone! Welcome to another fun Friday with the TGIF Challenges team! My name is Carolynn Sander. I am a Canadian Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta. Today the TGIF team is sharing a fab colour combo! I hope that you can join in with us by creating an amazing project with these colours as your inspiration! Be sure to stop by the TGIF Challenges site so that you can enjoy all of the sweet projects we have to share with you as well!

I had been itching to create a project with this unicorn for quite some time now! Today's colour combo was perfect for this girlie pony!

When creating today's card I wanted to go all out with a fun background. I first created the pink sky by smooshing a piece of Glossy White Cardstock onto a Silicone Craft Sheet that had been previously inked up with today's colours & spritzed with alcohol. I then added the clouds using some good old Embossing Paste and the Pattern Party Decorative Masks. By adding in a few more fancy layers I was able to create a lovely cloud for this unicorn to prance upon! Isn't it dreamy?

Well what do you think? Are you in love with this pretty colour combo? I'd love to see what you dream up using these hues! Remember to stop by the TGIF Challenges site and join in the fun!

Thank you so much for visiting today! I hope that you have enjoyed today's project! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. As well, if you are from Canada check out my online 24/7 Stampin' Up! supply shop below!

Cheers & Happy Stamping!

Happy Thursday everyone! Welcome to another Creating Kindness around the world blog hop! You are currently visiting me (Carolynn Sander), in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you have been following the hop you would have just arrived here via Jerim Dickins who is from the UK. Jerim is new to our Design Team, and I am over the moon to have her with us. She has her own unique and beautiful style, which I am sure you will love! Now as for today's hop, the theme this round is Fun Folds! If you enjoy basic card making, well you will love this hop! By adding in a fun fold you can take that simple card or project, and convert it from simple to WOW! I hope that you sit back, grab a cuppa tea or coffee, and enjoy today's hop! It's pretty awesome!

Today's card features my all new favourite Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin' Up! I just LOVE the Picture Perfect Party DSP! Not only is it full of fun bright colours, but this photo realistic paper is so versatile! Card in a Box Tutorial - #TGIFC144

Hi everyone! Welcome to another fun Friday with the TGIF Challenges team! My name is Carolynn Sander. I am a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The card that I am featuring today is actually one that I shared a while back. Why have I decided to share it with you again? Well the theme over at TGIF Challenges this week is "Card in a Box". I had offered to create a tutorial for the TGIF Challenge this week quite some time ago. In order to streamline things for myself (ie. make life a wee bit simpler), I decided to create the tutorial based on this card. I hope you enjoy it! As well, remember to check out the TGIF Challenges site today! There are lots of inspiring ideas! If you feel inclined, we would love to have you join in with us this week! Have fun creating your masterpiece and upload it to your blog or favourite social media site. Then share it to our page! The more the merrier!

https://tgifchallenges.blogspot.ca/2018/01/tgifc144-technique-week-card-in-box.html

Have you ever created a "Card in a Box"? Or have you heard of the idea before? Before I had tried to tackle my own "Card in a Box", many stunning "Card in a Box" projects had caught my eye online. These fun cards have been floating around the web for a quite a few years now. There are so many out there, that I truly don't know who the originator of this fabulous idea was. At first attempt, they can seem rather tricky and overwhelming. But like anything, with practice they become much easier to reproduce. I hope today's video tutorial helps you to create your own "Card in a Box". Meanwhile, if you have any questions feel free to message me below, or shoot me an email. I would be happy to help you!

So that's the tutorial, and here are a few close up shots of this project...

Well what do you think? Actually... do you know what I think? I think you should join us this week, create a "Card in a Box" and share it with us! You can get so creative with this type of a project! I want to see your "Outside of the Box" ideas! Remember to post them to your blog or social media site, and share them with us over at TGIF Challenges!

Thank you so much for visiting today! I hope that you have enjoyed today's project! Remember to stop by the TGIF Challenges site and join in the fun this week! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. As well, if you are from Canada check out my online 24/7 Stampin' Up! supply shop below!
