Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop - Stampin' Up! Kindest Gnomes Bundle

Hi there! Welcome to the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Carolynn Sander in Calgary, Alberta, Canada! If you have been hopping along, you most likely arrived here via the talented Laura Mackie! Laura is from the UK and I know she must have inspired you with her project today! She is always giving me creative stamping ideas! I also want to welcome Brenda Nelson to our team! How lucky are we to have her joining us in this around the world hop? Ummm.... Very lucky!πŸ’–

The theme for today's hop is Red & Green! I chose to highlight Cherry Cobbler and Evening Evergreen for today's red and green theme. Stampin' Up! has quiet a few red and green hues in the various color families. Cherry Cobbler and Evening Evergreen scream traditional Christmas to me. I hope today's card inspires you to whip up a few holiday projects before time runs out.

The Stampin' Up! Kindest Gnomes Bundle is probably one of the most adorable bundle of products ever. Not only can you use this bundle for your holiday themed projects but I can picture these put to use in the springtime as well. This cute little gnome would be at home in a garden themed project. I love the versatility of this set, and I can't wait to create more with these amazing products!πŸ’–

Below is a close-up of today's project! The Stampin' Up! Wintry 3D Embossing Folder adds some nice dimension to the backgroud. Anything that adds some texture to your projects really does help to bring your creations to life. πŸ’–

I hope that you enjoyed today's project! Up next in today's hop is Brian King! Brian is always inspiring me & I am sure he will blow you away! πŸ’–

Stampin' Up! Ringed With Nature Bundle - #TGIF396

Hi everyone! My name is Carolynn, I am a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The TGIF Team is at it again with some crafty inspiration! Come on over to the TGIF Challenges Site and have fun creating with us! We would love to see what you come up with!

This week's theme is Comfort & Peace! You can also use the beautiful image above as inspiration. I decided to go with the theme by incorporating some woodsy elements into my project today. I also added some leaves and florals. So not a pure replica of the inspiration photo above, but it did motivate me to create today's card. I hope you like it!

The Stampin' Up! Ringed With Nature Bundle is one of my favorites in this year's Stampin' Up! Winter Mini Catalogue. Have a look at all of the stamped images, dies, and elements, that are included in this bundle! Is this bundle not fabulous or what?

Now for a close-up of today's project! Have a look at the product list below to see all of the Stampin' Up! products that were used on today's card!

Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop - Stampin' Blends

She is always giving me creative stamping ideas! πŸ’–

The theme for today's hop is Stampin' Blends! Stampin' Blends are alcohol based markers. The fact that they are alcohol based makes them blend so smoothly together. Hence the name Stampin' Blends! Anyhow, these markers are my favorite medium to color with because my coloring turns out seamless every time with very little effort! I chose to color this cute little dragon today using the Light Pool Party, & Light Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends. I hope you adore this wee dragon as much as I do. πŸ’–

This adorable dragon is part of the Stampin' Up! Pure Magic Stamp Set! This set is a perfect addition to those Stampin' Blends! I can't wait to play with the other lined images in this set! Adding color, dimension, and highlights with the Stampin' Blends really does bring them to life.

Below is a close-up of today's project! If you noticed I also added some bling to today's card by popping on a few of the Stampin' Up! Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels, and layering in some of the White Glittered Organdy Ribbon. These embellishments really do create a dreamy effect! πŸ’–

I hope that you enjoyed today's project! Up next in today's hop is Brian King! Brian is always inspiring me & I am sure he will blow you away! πŸ’–

Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop - Stampin' Up! Peaceful Deer Stamp Set

She is always giving me creative stamping ideas! πŸ’–

The theme for today's hop is "Pick a Season"! It is summer here in Canada, and we are soon heading into the fall. Kids are heading back to school this week. Our camping adventures have come to an end for yet another year. Let's hope the dreaded snow keeps at bay for a few more months. Even though I am not all too excited for winter, I decided to share a winter-themed project today. My mom says that it is too soon for Christmas cards. But Christmas will creep up on us, just like every other year, so I broke out one of my favorite winter sets from Stampin' Up! and started stamping away.

The Peaceful Deer Stamp Set made for a pretty quick and easy card here today. This lovely deer stamp coordinates with the Stampin' Up! Deer Builder Punch. Therefore no fussy cutting is involved. Paired with the Stampin' Up! Celebrate Everything 12" X 12" Designer Series Paper (DSP), which is a Hostess Gift that is available on page 87 of the current Stampin' Up! Mini Catalogue, this project is cute but also oh so easy to replicate. Check out all of the wonderful prints from this DSP in the image below! It is full of fun, bright, and diverse patterns, fit for just about every season.

Below is a close-up of today's project! Is the Polished Pink flower embellishment not adorable? It coordinates with the DSP, so I couldn't resist adding a feminine touch to our little deer. If you were looking to make the deer more masculine I am sure you could use your imagination and add some other sort of detail to the deer to make him more manly as well. There are so many possibilities.πŸ’–

I hope that you enjoyed today's project! For a full list of Stampin' Up! supplies, or to order in Canada, check out the shopping list below. Up next in today's hop is Brian King! Brian is always inspiring me & I am sure he will blow you away! πŸ’–
