Hi everyone! Welcome to another fun Friday with the TGIF Challenges team! My name is Carolynn Sander. I am a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Today I have a handmade birthday card to share with you! I hope you enjoy it! As well, remember to check out the TGIF Challenges site today! There are lots of inspiring ideas! If you feel inclined, we would love to have you join in with us this week! Have fun creating your masterpiece and upload it to your blog or favourite social media site. Then share it to our page! It's a ton of fun!
Today's theme is anything goes for our TGIF Design Team! Yay! This made me excited as I had one more card left to share from my Onstage Live Display Board from last November in Salt Lake City! As well, we could all use a few more birthday cards right? Now if you wish to join in this week, the idea is you create a project that has been inspired by one of the TGIF Design Team projects this week. I would love for you to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) any aspect of my card! Check it out below!
This card features the Bird Banter Stamp Set. I chose to make a card using this set that has ZERO birds. Why? Well because I really did want to showcase just how versatile this set is! If you aren't familiar with the Bird Banter Stamp Set you can check out all of the images in this set in the photo below!
Isn't it fabulous? The birds have so much character. As well, there are some great sentiments in this set! Making it perfect for just about any paper crafting project!
Today's card also features the Stampin' Blends markers. Small stamps like this balloon are great for practicing your blending with these alcohol based markers! If you aren't familiar with the Blends check out the video from Stampin' Up! below! You will fall in love.💖
Finally, since this is my last share from my display board at Onstage Live in Salt Lake City, and I have so many great memories from that trip, I am going to share a photo of my display board one last time. If you are in Canada, and you are interested in attending a Stampin' Up! Onstage event, you can contact me to join my team! Check out more details on becoming a demonstrator by clicking HERE.
I hope that you enjoyed today's project! Thank you so much for visiting today! Remember to stop by the TGIF Challenges site and join in the fun this week! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. As well, if you are from Canada check out my online 24/7 Stampin' Up! supply shop below!
Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog! If you are new here, my name is Carolynn Sander and I am a Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Today the Be Inspired Design Team is having another around the world blog hop. The theme this time is anything and everything birthday! If you have been hopping along you would have just arrived here via Tanja Kolar's blog. Wasn't her birthday project fabulous? I am sure that everyone's ideas today will be nothing but inspirational! Make sure to click on the next button at the end of today's post so that you catch the entire line up!
I have been wanting to create a "Card in a Box" for quite a while now! I figured today's hop was the perfect time to try this out! In birthday style of course!
I can't lie! I think I spent more time decorating this pop up box than I did assembling it! I have seen many similar cards on pinterest the past few years. As well, there are numerous tutorials out there. A quick google search for "Card in a Box" and you will be laughing! Why it took me so long to create one of my own? I have no idea! But I will definitely be making more! They are so much fun! Below is a little interactive video I created so that you can see this baby in action! You will understand my excitement after you have a peek! Simply click on the play icon below to watch this short but sweet recording.
What do you think? Super cool hey? Believe it or not, this card can actually collapse to fit in an envelope! OMG!!! You can see photos of this surprise box all neatly folded up below!
Ta-da!! Are wondering where you would sign a card like this? Well have a look at the next picture. It shows the back of today's project. This is typically where one would write their happy birthday message. Too precious huh?
Most of the details on today's card were fussy cut from the Stampin' Up! Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper. Yep! I fussy cut those little poodles and they were worth it! Check out the patterns in this DSP Pack below. They scream birthday!!! And those poodles! 💖💖💖 I am in love!
You can check out this DSP, as well as the rest of the supplies used in the making of today's card explosion, by clicking on the supply list at the end of today's post. But first and foremost you need to stop by Maike Beimler's blog! She is up next and I am sure she will have us all in awe! Click on the next button to be taken to her place, all the way across the ocean!
