Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop - With Stampin' Up! Floral Phrases Stamp Set

Hello & happy Wednesday! Welcome to the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Carolynn Sander in Calgary, Alberta, Canada! If you have been hopping along, you most likely arrived here via the fabulous Maike Beimler! Maike is a true talent! Wasn't her project today so fresh and wonderful? Make sure to click on the next button at the end of this post so that you catch all of the fabulous Stampin' Up! projects our team has to share with you today! It's an incredible line up!

The theme for today is "Favourite Stamp Set". I am sure if you were to ask each and every one of us, we would have more than just one favourite stamp set. And yes, the favourite "sets" are bound to change with time, as does everything in life. I decided to focus today's project around a set that is one of my faves, and I am so excited to know that it is carrying over into the new Stampin' Up! 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue! Floral Phrases is such an elegant set. I think that it will be a forever stamp set for me. I don't ever see this beauty growing old in my mind. Check out all of the pretty stamps that are part of this set in the image below!

If you noticed, I of course had to use more than one stamp set on my card! The Stampin' Up! Yay You Hostess Stamp Set was the perfect addition to the ensemble of products I chose to create with today!

In addition, did you spot those beautifully layered leaves that are peeking through on today's project? If you love them as much as I, then you will want to make sure that you have a look at the Stampin' Up! Painted Harvest Stamp Set as well as the coordinating Leaf Punch in the photos below. Seriously, the artistry that exists within these Stampin' Up! products makes creating pretty papercrafts a breeze!

To make this flowery card extra special, I decided to fussy cut my favourite stamped image and add that extra wow factor by popping up those pretty petals! This technique is known as Paper Tole! If you google it, you will find even more inspiration!

Well I hope that you enjoyed today's project. Up next is Cathy Caines! I can't wait to see what she has to share with us today! She always wows us!
