Stampin' Up! Sweet Cupcake Stamp Set ~ #TGIFC131 Eclipse Technique

Good day everyone! Welcome to another fun Friday with the TGIF Challenges group! For those who may be new here, my name is Carolynn Sander. I am a Canadian Stampin' Up! Independent Demonstrator from Calgary, Alberta. The TGIF group is showcasing the "Eclipse Technique" this week. Be sure to check out the TGIF Challenges site for some amazing projects that might leave you seeing double!

The eclipse technique is super hot in the paper crafting world these days! Today the TGIF girls are putting their own spin on this funky idea! Here is the card I came up with! I hope you enjoy it, as it's pretty sweet. Be sure to join us in the fun this week, and share your own creation with our team. The more the merrier!

I love how this card turned out today, but to be honest, at first thought I didn't know if I would follow through with today's post. I have been uber busy with life demands, as well as planning for our daughter's birthday this coming weekend. To top it off, I am getting ever so slightly nervous for my big trip to Salt Lake City that is coming up. I was blessed enough to be chosen to be a Display Stamper at this phenomenal event! Saying that, I have never attended something so crazy amazing! Let alone been a part of it! So yes, I have been crafting away! But I am not at liberty to share the fun projects I have been busy making until Stampin' Up! says it's okay to do so. It's kinda top secret you know! Regardless, when you see all of the amazing products that are soon to be released, you will be in awe. I can say that much!

In the meantime, we have more than enough fab stuff to play with! Like the Sweet Cupcake Stamp Set, and coordinating dies that I used to create today's card. Isn't it delicious? I would have to say so!

Well enough of my jabber for today! I have a LOT of stuff to do! I am so happy to be blessed enough to be able to do it all though ... right? I hope you take care, and have a lovely weekend. Maybe you will find a wee bit of time to create an eclipse card. Or just chill and enjoy the moment. That's important too.

All my best!

  1. This is SWEET! It's nice to see an eclipse card with word Framelits - not just the letters. What a fun card!
