A Paper Pumpkin Thing Blog Hop - Positively Picturesque

Hello everyone! Welcome to my blog, and welcome to another round of Paper Pumpkin blog hopping! If you have been bouncing along, you most likely arrived via Tina Riddle's Blog. Wasn't her Paper Pumpkin alternative project fabulous? I seriously love this blog hop! Before I joined this team my Paper Pumpkin kits were piling up, waiting to be used. I am now so motivated and inspired to use my kit each and every month! After you visit here today, you will want to make sure that you check out the rest of the blogs in today's hop! You will be in awe with all of the remarkable ways in which you can utilize your July Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin' Up!

When I first laid eyes on July's Positively Picturesque Paper Pumpkin kit I fell in love with the wooden embellishments! We ironically had just returned from an amazing camping trip. The embellishments in this month's kit were a perfect match for my memory keeping mission!

I am really big on coordinating my 12 by 12 scrapbooking layouts so that I have a two page spread that is appealing to the eye! To be honest, I truly am a traditional 12 by 12 scrapbooker at heart! But, I have learned to enjoy the addition of 12 by 12 Pocket Pages to complete my layouts! This month's Paper Pumpkin kit provided me with the perfect elements to make my pocket page spectacular! I of course added in some of my other favourite coordinating Stampin' Up! supplies as well. That is the beauty of working with Stampin' Up! products... everything coordinates! This streamlines the memory keeping process so that anyone can turn their photos into beautiful works of heart!

Are you a current Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Subscriber? If so you have most likely already ripped open your box and watched this month's video tutorial from Stampin' Up! If you aren't, be sure to check out the video clip below! You can then see what Paper Pumpkin all about! Seriously! These kits are an incredible value!

What do you think? Is this month's kit not crazy amazing? If you aren't already convinced, then you must check out the rest of today's Paper Pumpkin alternate projects! Next in the line up today is Jennifer Hill. I am sure she will wow you!

  2. What a fun idea...make a 12x12 page and then have a pocket page next to it! Silly me, for some reason my brain was thinking it was either full pages OR pocket pages, the thought of using both together did not cross my mind. Thanks for sharing!

  5. Such beautiful memories preserved so beautifully. You really outdid yourself with this project! I've got an album full of empty pocket pages... I should probably get a start on it right?

  7. The wooden mountains are just perfect--it reminds me of our visit to Jamaica, with the mountains next to the ocean, pretty much.
