Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop - Large Sentiment

Hi everyone! Welcome to the Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! You are currently visiting Carolynn Sander in Calgary, Alberta, Canada! If you have been hopping along, you most likely arrived here via one of my all time paper crafting idols Tanya Rees! She lives down under! I hope one day I can give her a big squishy hug in person. In the meantime, I am so happy to be sharing our hand-made papercrafting treasures with you as part of today's blog hop! ❤️

The theme for today's hop is "Large Sentiment"! I hence chose a larger flower stamp for today's project, and made my best attempt at including my largest coordinating sentiment. I truly hope that it inspires you to create whatever your heart desires!

Today's card features one of my most favorite stamp sets that will be retiring soon. It is the Stampin' Up! Band Together Stamp Set! All of the images included in this set are pictured in the photo below. If you want to purchase this set for yourself make sure you do so soon so you don't regret missing out on this opportunity!

My dear Grandma passed away last November. Somehow the card that I created for today's hop reminds me so much of her. She always loved her flowers. She looked beautiful in yellow. She is forever my Grandma. Forever my friend. Forever with me. I like to think that I got my smile and that wee bit of sparkle that lies within me within me from her.

I hope you enjoyed today's inspiration piece! Feel free to leave a comment below, or message me if you have any questions. & On that note, up next in today's hop is Brian King! I can't wait to see what he has to share with us today! His projects are always spectacular! Love you 4-Ever BK!

  1. What a gorgeous card, Carolynn! I love all the yellow and that you left pops of white on each of the petals. Also gorgeous picture of you and your grandma. Much love, my friend.
