Today's theme is a colour challenge and who doesn't just love this beautiful colour combo? Truly it reminds me of a summer sunset on the ocean! As much as I was itching to create a summer themed project, I thought it be best that I keep with the most forthcoming season, Easter is just around the corner after all! So here is what I came up with!
There is still a bit of a sunset feel to card with this watercolour wash background! I feel like Easter met summer sunset with this project today! After watercolouring these eggs to my heart's content, I adhered and layered a variety of embellishments for added depth. Isn't that coral ombre ribbon to die for! It's part of the Stampin' Up! Cupcakes and Carousels Embellishment Kit. I may have to snatch up another of these kits, as all of the little finishing details it comes with are just too precious!
